US Highway 41 is a major transportation corridor linking northeast Wisconsin with the Fox Valley and southeast Wisconsin. The US 41 project involves improving 31 miles of highway in Brown and Winnebago counties to allow more traffic and provide safer, easier travel. Construction work on the US 41 Project will span over 17 miles of highway in Winnebago County from 2009-2014, and 14 miles in Brown County from 2010-2017. The Brown County highlights of the project include the addition of 28 roundabouts and nine rebuilt interchanges, including the, Scheuring Road, Mason Street and WIS 29 interchanges.
