The Bay-Lake Regional Planning Commission has a dedicated and experienced staff providing:

Community planning (such as comprehensive planning, zoning, housing studies, site design, and hazard planning)
Assistance with Economic Development (such as finding funding solutions, grant writing and administration, Brownfields planning, and EMSI Developer assistance)
Planning for the Environment (such as coastal planning, outdoor recreation planning, invasive species management, and sewer service area reviews)
Mapping and Visualization (such as land use data, field data collection and management, plat book development, and the Gold Shovel program)
Transportation planning (including the regional transportation program and the Sheboygan Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO))
