Disaster Recovery Microloan Program
Bay-Lake Regional Planning Commission has partnered with the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) to administer the region's Disaster Recovery Microloan program.
The Disaster Recovery Microloan Program provides 0% interest loans up to $20,000, for businesses impacted by natural disasters in the region. The Bay-Lake RPC region includes Brown, Door, Florence, Kewaunee, Marinette, Manitowoc, Oconto, and Sheboygan Counties.
Disaster Recovery Microloan funds may be used for these activities:
- Procurement of cleanup and restoration services
- Operating expenses such as payroll (note: taxes, fines and fees are not eligible)
- Rent/mortgage for temporary space
- Repair and reconstruction (eligible use could include architecture & engineering costs, equipment/furniture/fixtures)
