Shoreline metro Transit Development Program (TDP)
While not a required part of the metropolitan transportation planning process, Sheboygan MPO staff has assisted Shoreline Metro with the completion of several Transit Development Programs (TDPs) over the course of the MPO's existence, with current MPO staff now working with Shoreline Metro on their fourth TDP. TDPs assist the transit operation with short-range planning of routing, service provision, programming, etc.
SHORELINE METRO TDP UPDATE: 2019 - 2023
Sheboygan MPO staff has started to assist Shoreline Metro with a TDP Update that is expected to cover the period from 2019 through 2023. As chapters are presented, they will be posted to this webpage, along with meeting agendas and minutes of the TDP Review Committee.

Sheboygan TDP: 2012 - 2016
Sheboygan MPO staff assisted Shoreline Metro (formerly Sheboygan Transit) staff in the preparation of a TDP. The draft TDP went through a public comment period that ran through June 1, 2012. A public informational/input meeting regarding the draft TDP was held on May 16, 2012. In addition, the Sheboygan TDP Review Committee met one last time on June 28, 2012, to review the draft final TDP and recommend its approval to the Sheboygan Transit Commission. MPO staff revised the draft TDP based on comments received during the public comment period, at the public informational/input meeting, and at the final TDP Review Committee Meeting. The Sheboygan Transit Commission approved the TDP at its July 17, 2012, meeting. The TDP covers the period from 2012 through 2016.
