2025 Community Project Survey

The Bay-Lake Regional Planning Commission’s 2025 Community Project Survey is designed to collect information on planned projects from municipalities across the region. The survey helps the Commission maintain a current understanding of local priorities and identify opportunities to support communities through funding resource and technical assistance. Projects submitted may also be included in the region’s Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS), providing an additional tool or communities to strengthen grant applications and advance project development.

Survey responses are due by August 15th, 2025. Please review the Project Survey Q&A Flyer prior to filling out the survey. It is recommended that the survey is submitted electronically using the online submission link below, however, a fillable PDF option is available below as well.
