Natalie Blackert joined the Bay-Lake RPC in January 2024 as a GIS Specialist. Her duties involve leading the development, implementation, and management of Geographic Information Systems for the Bay-Lake Region. Natalie brings experience with GIS-based environmental research, and historical infrastructure analysis. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Environmental Geography, and with minors in History and Latin American Studies.
